As a supplement for cardiovascular, cognitive, or longevity support, it is recommended to take between 2 – 4 capsules (500 – 1000 mg dosage) per day. It’s best to start with a 1-2 capsule dosage, and then to move up if you tolerate the product well and are looking for a more potent effect. We do not recommend exceeding 6 capsules per day.

Resveratrol has almost no water solubility, so it needs to be taken with a source of dietary fat for best absorption.
