Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vegetable glycerin

Approximately 15g elemental magnesium and 3g elemental sulfur (from OptiMSM®) per cup.

Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more.

Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications.

The temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.

Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturiser.
