Great, but. . .
We absolutely love our Fellow Aiden, coffee tastes definitely WAY better than any other brands we've tried, is worth the price! And you have so many options to brew. Plus it looks super cool. Another big plus is Healf's service (Kudos, top notch!) which became very handy recently since our Aiden started to act weird. I guess that is expected from such a sophisticated machine. . . But it slowly and gradually began to malfunction, until a point where we had to set up 10 cups to get only 4 or 5. And it no longer distinguished between the 2 different filter set ups. That is why I am giving it 4 stars. But like I said, Healf immediately exchanged it for a new one. Fast, no hassle. I just hope this time it lasts much longer. . .

An Enthusiast’s Automated Pour Over with its pain points
I really enjoy the concept of this machine and it stands out from standard batch brewers and allows for consistent pour over results which are amazing once dialled in right with the right grind. The build quality is a little lacking. It doesn’t quite reach the same levels of other Fellow products in that regard. The UI can be a bit of a headache at times, with some questionable design choices that technically could be fixed with a firmware update. But if you can get past these things - it delivers a great cup, or carafe, of coffee. Plenty of things to tinker with to get it just the way you like it. Pro tip: Be sure to swirl/stir the coffee in the carafe after brew has completed to mix the liquid properly.
