The Fittle Adjustable Dumbbell Set provides a complete home strength training setup with two loadable steel handles, rubber-coated weight plates and four magnetic snap collars. Designed for a wide variety of upper and lower body exercises, it offers a versatile solution for building strength at home.

Available in Light (up to 11kg), Medium (up to 18kg) and Heavy (up to 23kg) configurations per dumbbell, the set lets you choose a weight range that matches your training goals. As your strength develops, additional Fittle weight plates can be added to the same handles, allowing you to expand your setup over time.

Each weight plate features an eco-friendly rubber coating over a precision CNC-machined steel core, helping protect both the plates and your flooring during training while providing long-lasting durability.

Each dumbbell handle weighs 3.5kg unloaded, providing a starting weight before plates are added and making it easy to adjust resistance as your workouts progress.
