It includes red and near-infrared LEDs positioned to bathe the body during showering. With added multi-stage filtration, the system filters chlorine and heavy metals from water as it flows through the showerhead. The unit fits directly into a daily shower setup and works with regular use. Each Red Light Showerhead includes one filter, with replacement recommended every 75 days to maintain filtration performance. Install the shower filter by removing your existing showerhead using the tools provided, then attach the new shower filter by twisting it into place. Installation takes under 10 minutes and requires no special tools or plumbing experience. Once fitted, start showering as usual.
