Fantastic product. I find it calming, and it helps me on days of brain fog. No side effects when initially starting taking it, unlike other probiotics that can make me feel nauseous for a few days. Love that it doesn’t need to be kept in the fridge as I can put it into my weekly pill boxes and then don’t forget to take it!
I still can't say whether it has really helped with my terrible mood swings. I'm on my second bottle now, so I've been taking it for about three months. I'm hopeful there's a mood-related benefit, but I think I need to give it more time.
