Ingredients
Sunfiber® R (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum) 5g
Suggested use
Mix 5g (3 tsp) daily into at least 200ml of water or other beverage of choice (hot or cold). Can also be added to food.

Suitable for the whole family including children 6 months+, pregnant women and when breast-feeding.

Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless advised by your healthcare professional.

Some individuals may benefit from introducing new food, including fibre, gradually into their diet. You may want to consider starting with 1 tsp (approx. 2g) daily.

    This product has been a totally unexpected game-changer. Since taking it, I have had 3 good months, including one whole month Diarrheoa-free, having been suffering with up to 7 bouts daily for 9 months due to a Small intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. Counter-intuitively, this product helps with both constipation and Diarrheoa. It is also useful as a prebiotic to help diversify the microbiome. Easy to take - just dissolves easily in my morning cuppa.

    Really glad I found this product - Seems to be doing what is says on the can! Had to start with a tiny bit on the tip of a teaspoon and titrate up, due to MCAS, but tolerating it using this method. Noticeable on the days I forget to add it to my coffee so must be working!!

    It's much better than inulin, worth the £

    I used it in breakfast (trying to aim for 20 g of fiber at breakfast) and has less side effects than inulin, it completely dissolves in water and has no taste at all. Inside the pouch it looks similar to salt, but dissolved in water it has no taste. It's a great fiber.
