Sunfiber® R (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum) 5g
Mix 5g (3 tsp) daily into at least 200ml of water or other beverage of choice (hot or cold). Can also be added to food.
Suitable for the whole family including children 6 months+, pregnant women and when breast-feeding.
Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless advised by your healthcare professional.
Some individuals may benefit from introducing new food, including fibre, gradually into their diet. You may want to consider starting with 1 tsp (approx. 2g) daily.
