Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine Collagen Powder), L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Silicon Dioxide - Silica, Quercetin Dihydrate, Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) fruit powder, Turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome 20:1 extract, Astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis algae extract) equiv. Astaxanthin (of Haematococcus pluvialis) 4 mg, Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl), Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root 25:1 extract, Zinc Citrate, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid), Maltodextrin, Natural Flavour, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides)

Shake container before use. Adults, mix 1 level scoop (6g) of powder with water, a smoothie, or your favourite drink and stir well. Consume immediately, twice daily. Maximum of 2 scoops per day.
