The Legra Hand Massager - White provides a relaxing massage experience using a combination of air compression, vibration and optional heat to help relieve everyday hand and wrist tension. Suggested use
Wash and dry your hands, then place a hand palm-down into the massage chamber before pressing the Power button to turn it on.
Use the Mode button to choose from 5 massage modes (P1-P5), the Intensity button to select 5 intensity levels (L1-L5), the Vibration button to toggle pulse, continuous or off, and the Heat button to add gentle warmth (104-107.6°F / 40-42°C).
The Legra automatically shuts off after a 15-minute session; press the Power button at any time to stop early, and wait for the air pressure to fully release before removing your hand.
Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time, and wait at least 2-3 hours between sessions.
