CARE: For an effective clean, simply add 3-5 pumps of Liforme's Ultimate Everyday Cleaner (sold separately) to a soft damp sponge and apply evenly across the entire surface of your mat. Leave to soak for 30 seconds, then wipe over again with a clean damp sponge. Lay your mat flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.

You can also use a yoga mat cleaner of your choice and follow the cleaning instructions.

After each practice, always let the mat dry flat. Then store rolled up, coloured side outward. Never fold your mat.
