The Liforme Classic Yoga Mat is a premium yoga mat designed for Yogis of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Its wider and longer shape offers more room to move, while the considered balance of grip, cushioning and stability helps create a comfortable, grounded foundation for practice at home, in the studio or on the go.
This mat is made from sustainably sourced natural rubber and PVC-free materials. The standout feature is Liforme's patented AlignForMe® system, a carefully placed set of markers that helps guide hand and foot positioning, bringing greater awareness to posture and form throughout your flow.

After each practice, always let the mat dry flat. Then store rolled up, coloured side outward. Never fold your mat.
