The Liforme Cosmic Moon Yoga Pad is a compact mini mat designed to bring extra comfort and stability to your movement practice. It's well suited to yoga, stretching and floor-based exercise, especially if you want added cushioning under the hands, knees or other pressure points without carrying a full mat.

Its grippy surface is designed to support traction, while the variation of Liforme's alignment system offers a helpful visual guide for positioning during practice. Use by placing it beneath the hands, knees, elbows or feet wherever you would like additional cushioning and grip during your session. Suitable for use at home, in the studio or when travelling.

CARE: For an effective clean, simply add 3-5 pumps of Liforme's Ultimate Everyday Cleaner (sold separately) to a soft damp sponge and apply evenly across the entire surface of your mat. Leave to soak for 30 seconds, then wipe over again with a clean damp sponge. Lay your mat flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.

You can also use a yoga mat cleaner of your choice and follow the cleaning instructions.

After each practice, always let the mat dry flat. Then store rolled up, coloured side outward. Never fold your mat.
