Step 1: Remove the sleep mask from its packaging. It already comes with the eye cups attached.

Step 2: Flip the mask over the logo side down and lay it out flat. Remove the eye cups.
Our original Manta SLEEP mask has tags attached to the back of the eye cups. These show which sides should be on either side of your nose. If your cups don’t have tags, position the tapered sides towards your temples.

Step 3: Attach the eye cups to the interior of your sleep mask. Position them an inch apart from each other. Use the center of the head strap as a guide (where the notch for your nose is).
You can also adjust the cups by attaching them at a tilted angle, depending on the placement of your eyes. Or move them higher or lower on the strap.

Step 4: Place the mask over your face, ensuring that the cups encircle your eyes. You aren’t supposed to feel any pressure on your eyes or lashes due to their convex design.

Step 5: Wrap the end of the strap you’re holding with your left hand around your head and hold it in place. Then, wrap the other end (with the hook closure) around your head securing it.
Take a moment to see how the mask feels against your skull. If it's causing you discomfort, loosen it slightly. But don’t overdo it as it may slip off.

Step 6: With the mask secured around your head, it's time to gauge the feel of the eye cups on your face. Adjust the mask by moving it slightly downward or upward so your eyes are at the center of the cups.
