I really like this brand and use the iodine drops. Unfortunately my baby didn’t like the flavour of this one, it smelt quite strong. Would be better unflavoured I think. We sent the unused bottles back and recieved a refund, always great customer service at Healf

I’ve been using this for my 1-year-old and overall I’m really happy with it. I was looking for something clean without unnecessary additives (and no seed oils), and this ticked those boxes. The fact it includes iron was a big plus for me too, especially at this age. My child takes it without much fuss — the taste seems mild enough, which honestly makes a big difference with toddlers. I also like that it’s liquid, so it’s easy to mix into food or give directly. That said, I don’t rely on it completely. My child eats a good variety of foods, so I see this more as a backup to fill any small gaps rather than a replacement for a balanced diet. Overall, I feel reassured using it, and I’d recommend it to other parents who want a simple, clean multivitamin option for their little one.
