I didn't notice any difference at all taking this, and the taste is awful. So sweet and sugary with a vile after taste. Doesn't take like peach or vanilla at all. I forgot to cancel my subscription after the first bottle, so have a full bottle from last month sitting unopened as I just can't stomach the taste at all.
Very strong fruity taste, I stir mine into porridge. Happy to find this product in liquid form as I am no longer able to swallow the tablets which I took previously. I will continue to use it.
