MegaQuinone K2-7 combines vitamin K1 with 160mcg of vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form, alongside zinc bisglycinate and magnesium glycinate. The K2 is provided as MenaquinGold®, a natural, soy-free source of menaquinone-7, in a convenient once-daily capsule.

Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Each serving also provides 15mg of zinc, which contributes to normal immune system function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

The formula is vegan and combines the two forms of vitamin K with chelated zinc and magnesium for those looking for a focused vitamin and mineral supplement.
