UltraFlora® Everyday is a dairy-free live bacteria supplement providing 15 billion live bacteria per capsule. It combines two well-researched strains, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM® and Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07®, in a balanced 50:50 ratio. Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, silicon dioxide.

1 capsule one to two times daily, or as directed. We recommend taking it on an empty stomach, either between meals or last thing at night.

You may experience a change in bowel function/habits for a few days which may present as a gurgling/wind/change in bowel frequency. This is perfectly natural with taking any probiotic and will generally settle down after a week or so. Reducing the dosage may help alleviate this.

Dosage Recommendations for Children:

Under 2 years: ½ capsule daily.
2 to 4 years: ½ to 1 capsule daily.
5 to 12 years: 1 capsule daily.
