Daily Hydration - Grapefruit is a naturally flavoured powder that mixes with water to make a citrus drink. Its formula combines Hawaiian red sea salt with potassium citrate, organic cane sugar and organic honey powder. Each sachet provides 100 mg of sodium, 150 mg of chloride and 50 mg of potassium.
It includes Reb M for sweetness and citric acid for a tart finish, without artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. Each 4 g sachet provides 3 g of total carbohydrate, including 1 g of sugars, and 15 calories.
The individually portioned powder is easy to keep in a work bag, pack for travel or mix at home. Its grapefruit flavour offers a citrus alternative to plain water without needing to measure powder from a larger container.
