I was in desperate need to supplement DHA as I'm breastfeeding and baby takes everything I have! I never like taking 2 capsules and would always prefer 1, but these are fairly small (which helps anyone who dislikes large capsules). I can only ever taste the strawberry if I've taken them after eat food rather than before. These are a huge improvement to a stores own brand I'd been using, at a similar price aswell!
