I started taking this at my premenstruation phase so support my progesterone deficiency and night sweats. For the first time ever, my temperature was consistent to the end of my cycle, I did not have night sweats or early mood fluctuations. The only thing I’m not 100% sure on is it says something about lead on the container so I need to do further research into why USA Legal require this there.
