Orthomol Sport is a food supplement formulated to provide important micronutrients for individuals with increased nutritional demands due to physical activity. The formula contains magnesium and calcium, which contribute to normal muscle function, along with B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, iron, copper and iodine, all of which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intensive physical exercise. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and supports normal oxygen transport in the body.
