So happy with my purchase! It’s perfect and fits right in with my other pieces of jewellery. I have been wearing now for a month or so and the data is really interesting. I will continue to use my Apple Watch for runs, weight sessions etc but when I have worn both at the same time, there’s not much difference in the data.
Battery does not last like it says Plating is wearing off after such a short time. Wouldn’t recommend

I originally bought the 4 just before they released the5. Healf were kind enough to return the 4 as it was still unused and get the 5. The ring is very comfortable to wear, and stylish. The app is slightly confusing and needs a while to collect enough data so I cant say it has benefitted my wellbeing yet.
