WEARING YOUR OURA RING
The Oura Ring is designed for all-day comfort and can be worn 24/7.

TIP: Before purchasing the Oura Ring Gen4, it's a good idea to use the Oura Ring Sizing Kit (sold separately and available at Healf). This custom sizer helps you find the perfect fit, ensuring a more comfortable and accurate health tracking experience.
To avoid discomfort or unintended scratching, it is not recommended to wear the Oura Ring next to other rings.
For optimal wear, it is advised to use the Oura Ring on the non-dominant hand. This minimises friction and helps protect the ring from scratches caused by daily interactions with objects and surfaces.

WATER RESISTANCE
The Oura Ring is water-resistant up to 100 metres (approximately 330 feet).
It can be worn while showering, swimming, or engaging in recreational diving activities such as snorkelling. However, it is not recommended for scuba diving or for submersion underwater for more than 12 hours.

TEMPERATURE GUIDELINES
The Oura Ring operates effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 52°C (14°F to 125°F).
It can be safely worn in the shower, hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cryotherapy tanks. However, prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures—below -20°C (-4°F) or above 60°C (140°F)—may damage the ring’s battery.

BATTERY LIFE
For the Oura Ring Generation 4, a full charge provides up to 8 days of battery life.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To clean the Oura Ring, use a small amount of mild dish soap and water, then rinse thoroughly.
Ensure both the ring and hands are completely dry before wearing it again.
Hand sanitiser is safe to use with the ring. For more thorough hand-washing routines, remove the ring while scrubbing and clean it separately as you would other jewellery.
Don’t leave the ring exposed to heat for extended periods.
Don’t puncture the Oura Ring or its battery.
