I love my ring. The only thing I’m not so happy about is when it gets under 22% it stops collecting my sleep data which I was surprised as I thought the ring will be fully functioning until the very last bit of the battery. Oura customer support bot was saying it needs to be minimum of 30% for the ring to read you data which I believe it’s unusually high.
I have been an Oura customer since its early iterations, and this is now my third ring, worn consistently every day. Over time, I have seen a clear evolution in both the app and the depth of data provided. The insights are now far more comprehensive, and the symptom tracking in particular has proven to be impressively accurate and genuinely useful. The introduction of the ceramic version is a significant improvement. It is noticeably more durable, standing up well to daily wear without developing the patina or scratches seen in earlier versions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this latest model, and the speed and efficiency of service from Healf have also been excellent.
