It contains ubiquinol, the reduced form of coenzyme Q10, presented in a softgel with a blend of supporting ingredients including caprylic acid, capric acid, and alpha lipoic acid. Each softgel provides a consistent daily serving and can be taken with meals.

Ubiquinol CoQ-10 provides the active form of CoQ10 rather than ubiquinone, the more commonly used form.
