me and my son do
me and my son do not tolerate gluten and this helps tremendously when we want to go out and enjoy a meal with friends and family. We just take one tablet and digestion is supported. I recommend these tablets to anyone who don’t tolerate gluten and lactose and feel like occasionally they want to relax when socialising without being worried of the consequences later on. Even if you eat gluten free meals while out and about, cross contamination is always a possibility so these pills would protect you from the risk
