    Great form easy to take

    I like this vitamin D because it is liquid and pure. Unlike others, this one is not messy to take because it is fairly runny and clean (not sticky oily). Each drop equals 25ug which enables me to adjust the dose in accordance with the recommendations I received from the nutritionist. This supplement is therefore ideal for fine nutritional adjustments. I notice that vitamin D mitigates mood fluctuations and susceptibility to cold. It is good for my wellbeing and immunity.
