Ingredients
Vitamin C (from Sodium Ascorbate), Water, Glycerin, Ethanol, Highly Purified Phospholipids, Natural Mixed Tocopherols, Natural Citrus Oils
Suggested use
Take 1 teaspoon by mouth. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to the desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use. Use within 60 days of opening.

Nice flavour
I have been using this for awhile now and it has very pleasant flavour. Seems to be doing the job. I feel better when taking it. Gentle on the stomach, other vitamin C can sometimes irritate my stomach but this one I don’t even notice taking it.
