Relyte electrolytes are quite expensive but they are are worth it. They keep migraines at bay for the whole family, especially when fasting. A tub lasts around 5 months, will always repurchase and in my opinion- however not a fan of this flavour, quite salty and tangy so will stick to strawberry lemonade as it has the most mild taste
Good but should be in glass in my opinion.
