Designed to support any and every lifestyle, this sugar-free blend of Redmond Real Salt and essential electrolytes contains everything you need to hydrate better, so you feel better. It contains 810 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, 1280 mg of chloride, 60 mg of calcium, 50 mg of magnesium and 80 mg of coconut water powder.
Ancient sea salt is a healthy, natural source of electrolytes, with sodium and chloride.
Calcium carbonate makes Re-Lyte easier to mix and calorie-free. Because it’s combined with citric acid, taking calcium carbonate in Re-Lyte isn’t the same as taking it by itself.
