SISTERLY The Booster - Multivitamin For Pregnancy & Breastfeeding is a daily powdered multivitamin designed for use before pregnancy, throughout pregnancy, and during breastfeeding. Each sachet provides 23 essential vitamins and minerals, including methylfolate, methylcobalamin, choline, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and magnesium, in a refreshing blood orange and mango flavoured drink.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, while vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
