Finally getting sleep!
I had ongoing sleep issues for months. I could fall asleep fine but would wake up almost every night around 3 am with my mind racing. Taking this product before bed, along with the Magnesium Bisglycinate, has allowed me to get the sleep I need. While I do not have excellent sleep quality every night, overall sleep (and quality of life) have been improved with these two products.

The best for skin!
I have struggled with cystic acne since having kids and stopping birth control. Within a week of starting this supplement, my acne has been looking so much better! I am feeling so much more confident and not needing to wear makeup to cover up. I also have Lyme and have struggled with word finding and memory issues. Since starting this, I feel like my thoughts are sharper, and I am not struggling as much with short-term memory.
