Suggested use
Stand with knees and arms slightly bent and heels slightly lifted. Use the remote control or control panel to select one of 8 preset 10-minute programmes (P1-P8) or build a custom manual workout (1-20 minutes) that independently adjusts the pulsating (L) and oscillating (H) motors from level 0-99.
Start with short, low-intensity sessions and build up gradually.
Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day.
