Streptoccus thermophillus BT01, Lactobacillus plantarum BP06, Lactobacillus acidophillus BA05, Lactobacillus Paracasei BP07, Lactobacillus helviticus BD08, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis BL03, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. VSL#3® contains live freeze-dried bacteria and should be kept refrigerated. It may be stored outside the fridge for up to seven days, after which refrigeration is required.

To use, open a sachet and sprinkle, stir, or blend into cold food or a non-fizzy drink. It can be easily incorporated into a daily routine.

It is recommended to start with half a sachet for the first 2–3 days to allow the gut to adjust, then increase to one full sachet daily.
