Soma Stud Set features small acupressure ear seeds designed to support both body and mind through gentle, targeted pressure. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the studs apply pressure to specific points on the ear using a practice known as auriculotherapy. This approach focuses on encouraging balance and supporting the body’s natural regulatory processes. The studs support areas including stress and anxiety, sleep and relaxation, migraines, cravings, hormonal balance, focus, energy, calm, and emotional release.

Place it gently on your chosen point.
Press for 30 seconds to activate.
Pro tip: Wear for 3–5 days, pressing the seed a few times daily for best results. Rest for 48 hours before reapplying.
