Each sachet also delivers 11 g of protein and provides a source of vitamin C to complement the formulation. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, blood vessels, gums, and teeth. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The protein content contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
