Honest skincare, powered by tallow.
Fat Cow Skincare began with Ryan and his partner, who spent years battling sensitive skin and struggling to trust what was in mainstream "gentle" products. Ryan’s research eventually led him to beef tallow; an ingredient with a long history of nourishing the skin thanks to its natural compatibility with our own oils. After plenty of trial batches, kitchen experiments and family testing, they created balms that felt comforting, absorbed beautifully and skipped the greasy feel often found in natural creams.
Fat Cow Skincare takes things back to basics with 100% grass-fed beef tallow, naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, to help nourish and support the skin’s barrier without the usual clutter of additives. Each balm combines this nutrient-dense base with organic oils for a texture that’s soft, soothing and kind to even the most sensitive skin. With no synthetic fragrances, fillers or unnecessary emulsifiers, the formulas work in harmony with the skin’s natural biology.
Fat Cow Skincare is built on transparency, minimal ingredients and farm-to-skin values; it’s simple, honest skincare made from whole ingredients that truly takes care of the skin. As a UK stockist of Fat Cow Skincare, browse the selection at Healf.

Beef tallow supports skin health by working in harmony with your body. Its fatty-acid profile closely mirrors that of human skin, helping it absorb easily and strengthen the skin barrier. It’s naturally rich in bioavailable, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K and B12, which support collagen and elastin production, skin cell renewal, protection against free radicals and skin repair. Unlike some plant-based sources, Fat Cow Skincare products provide these nutrients in forms the skin can readily use.
Store Fat Cow beef tallow somewhere cool and it does the rest. It naturally sets at room temperature and softens with warmth, so keeping it in a cool cupboard is usually enough. For maximum freshness and a longer shelf life, refrigeration is your best option.
Fat Cow Skincare products are made to be used, not stored forever. Thanks to a water-free formulation, they’re naturally more stable but, as a fully organic product, they’re best used within six months, especially once opened and exposed to air.
