The Olive Library

Daily Italian EVOO ritual.

The Olive Library is a personal curation by founder Nick Ednie, built on a genuine love of olive oil and a desire to reconnect with his Greek heritage. Every oil on offer is one Nick has personally tried and chosen to share, sourced from small Mediterranean producers with generations of knowledge behind them. It's not a mass-market catalogue, it's a considered collection built around quality, traceability, and a deep respect for one of the oldest culinary traditions in the world. For Nick, The Olive Library is as much about telling the story of olive oil as it is about selling it.
