Suggested use
Two capsules with water, 30-45 min before desired bedtime, once a day, every day.

    Good stack, good labs from a good brand

    I like the transparency of the batch testing on their own site. Seen a lot of marketing, but now also on Healf so easy for me to add to my subscription. I will say, quite impressed, didn't expect much as I already took magnesium and valerian, but this has especially sent my REM skyrocketing on my oura. No annoying grogginess like with melatonin either. I do think a jar would be nicer than the pouch which is a bit annoying to put on bedside table.

    Does what it supposed to do.

    Whoop indicates I have 18% more deep sleep and my general readiness score seems to have edged more into the green as well after implementing this. Switched from Momentous as it's the same huberman stack at a way lower cost... Thoughtful branding and I do appreciate the lab testing/quality assurance.

    I was really optimistic with

    I was really optimistic with trying this as it has some solid data to support it. However, for me, every time I take it - and been so for 2 months now - my deep sleep takes a hit. Both EightSleep and my Ultrahuman wearable confirm this. It would be unfair of me to give it a 1 star as it's specific to the individual, for me it's not helpped, but that doesn't mean it won't for you. Worth a try and test it.

    I’ve been taking magnesium before bed for a while now and had noticed some improvements in my sleep. Since introducing 8hours into my routine, things have gone to the next level - super deep sleep and I very rarely wake during the night.
