Product description
Key Benefits
- Caffeine-free support for daily performance routines
- Portable shot format for convenient use
- Formulated with ketones as R-1,3-butanediol
- Light grape flavour with no mixing needed
- Easy to use at home or travelling
Ketone-IQ No Caffeine Shot - Grape is a ready-to-drink ketone shot designed for adults who want a convenient, stimulant-free option as part of their daily routine. Its compact 2 fl oz format makes it easy to keep on hand whether you're working, training or travelling.
The formula centres on ketones in the form of R-1,3-butanediol, with a small amount of fruit-derived sweeteners and flavouring for a more pleasant taste. L-malic acid and citric acid help create the tart grape profile, while monk fruit extract and stevia extract provide sweetness without added sugar.
Each pack contains six 2 fl oz shots. Take 1-3 servings daily, depending on your routine and preference. Best suited to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-caffeine functional drink that can be taken whenever it fits into the day.
Why Ketone-IQ is Healf
Ketone-IQ takes a different approach to ketone supplementation, using R-1,3-butanediol, a compound that the body converts into beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), a naturally occurring ketone. Unlike many products in this category, it does not rely on caffeine or other stimulant ingredients, and can be used without following a ketogenic diet or fasting protocol. Compared with ketone esters, which are often associated with a rapid rise and fall in ketone levels, and ketone salts, which can require larger amounts of added minerals, this approach is designed to provide a more gradual ketone curve.
Plus, every bottle is NSF Certified for Sport® and WADA compliant, providing additional reassurance around quality, testing, and suitability for use in professional sport.
Ketone-IQ, formerly Health Via Modern Nutrition (H.V.M.N.), was founded by Michael Brandt and Geoffrey Woo with a clear mission: to make ketones as commonplace as caffeine or electrolytes. Since 2017, they have pushed the boundaries of metabolic science, beginning with the launch of the world’s first ketone drink. By 2022, Ketone-IQ achieved a major breakthrough, introducing the world’s first chirally pure ketone diol—a purer and more effective form of ketone energy. In 2023, they launched Ketone-IQ nationwide, supported by a collaboration with renowned neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman.
