Apollo Bands are comfortable, durable, and easy to clean. Use the Apollo Band when wearing the Apollo device on the wrist or ankle. Every Apollo Neuro device (sold separately) comes with one Clip and one Band in the size of your choice. Made from a luxury and durable neoprene material with polyester overlays.
We recommend size Medium Bands to fit most adult and teen wrists and ankles. Since many people prefer to wear Apollo on the ankle while they sleep, order a size that can fit your ankle as well as your wrist. Size Small is best for children under age 12 and very small adult wrists. Size Large is best for larger adult ankles and upper arms.

RETURNS POLICY:
Our products are sold to make you feel healthy, and if for any reason this is not the case, we offer a hassle-free returns policy: We provide free 365 day UK returns for all our customers! To initiate a return, simply contact us at team@healf.com. We'll send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it, inside the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email about the refund status. For international returns, unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost. However, we work with various carriers and offer a self-post option to minimise return costs for customers shopping from outside the UK.

How do I return my product?
We offer free 365 day UK returns to all of our customers! Simply contact us via team@healf.com and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! We put all international orders in tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely and expect this to take 5-10 working days depending on the country, however occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How will I know once my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed, but you will always receive an email from one of our Customer Wellbeing team beforehand if this is the case.
