Suggested use

Take 2 capsules per day or as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. I use Cellular Defence whenever I feel my immune system starting to feel run down or when I sense that I might be coming down with a cold. It’s something I reach for as a supportive part of my routine during those times, especially when I’m feeling tired, stressed, or under the weather.
