To be honest, I haven't really noticed any improvement in gut health since I started this two months ago... I believe the ingredients to be of high quality and the capsules are small and easy to take, but I'm not sure I'll continue with it given the cost and lack of results.

I can't be without this product now, having suffered with endometriosis and IBS i really struggled with gut health. After a hysterectomy it took a while to settle on a supplement regime that suited me. Having been taking this after much research I can firmly say this has been a game changer. I no longer have bloating, which was a constant issue. I also don't have the soreness in my stomach which was a noticeable positive from taking 2 tablets each morning. So pleased I found this!
