Small: 20 fl oz - 6.8 x 4.9 x 2.5 in - 8.4 oz.
Medium: 30 fl oz - 7.5 x 5.7 x 2.9 in - 9.5 oz.
Large: 40 fl oz - 7.9 x 6.4 x 3.1 in - 11.3 oz.

-Wash all parts with warm, soapy water before first use.
-Suitable for microwaves up to 1000W; not compatible with older 915 MHz models.
-Microwave the box only when filled with food—never empty.
-Heat one box at a time for a maximum of 2 minutes, stirring between intervals to ensure even heating.
-Keep the lid on with the lid lock popped open to release steam during microwaving.
-Avoid foods like popcorn, sugar, or very oily/acidic dishes (e.g., tomato soup) as they may cause staining or burn marks.
-Prevent contact with metal surfaces, racks, or utensils inside the microwave to avoid sparking or damage.
-Check for major dents or deep scratches; these may render the box unsuitable for microwaving.
-Remove the box from the microwave with oven gloves or a tea towel, as it will be hot.
-Dishwasher-safe (lid on the top rack), freezer-safe (don’t overfill), and oven-safe (steel box only, not the lid).
