Lid is imposible to remove
Silicon seal around the lid makes the lid impossible to remove. I wanted a simple lunch box and can't even open it. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Each box features a durable stainless steel body and a silicone over-moulded lid that creates a tight vacuum seal via an integrated valve. This ensures freshness and prevents spills, even when packed with liquids or dressings.
It also includes a removable internal divider so you can separate foods with ease, and a stainless steel fork that fits snugly into the silicone strap for added convenience on the move. The strap also helps keep the lid firmly attached to the base for extra security.

Suggested use
The lid is dishwasher-safe, but the vacuum insulated stainless steel cup is hand wash only. Wash the cup with warm soapy water before you use it for the first time, and again after every use. DO NOT immerse in water. Dry thoroughly after leaving it to drain. Always store with lid removed.
The Insulated Travel Cup is not microwave-safe.
Temperature Note: This product will maintain the temperature of hot drinks for a few hours; however, this time depends on how often the lid is opened, allowing heat to escape. While the stainless steel cup is vacuum-insulated, the plastic lid is not. Pre-heating the cup and using piping hot drinks can help maintain a higher temperature for longer. After around 2 hours, the temperature may begin to reduce, especially with repeated opening and closing. The product is designed to maintain drink temperature over a few hours rather than throughout the entire day.
