This is a great small entry level device for red light therapy. It's the perfect size to maintain your routine whilst traveling. Can be used for injuries or for your skin and it's highly recommended.
This has been a fantastic addition to my nighttime routine. I use it on my neck for my thyroid and I've felt that it has given me more energy. I also have the large sized device but this gets used most nights as it is just so convenient! I am looking forward to get my thyroid antibodies tested in a few weeks to see the effectiveness.
