Go Gels are easy-to-consume carbohydrate gels designed for use during training or race day. Each gel provides 24 g of carbohydrates and 100 calories, sourced from fruit purees and concentrates.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and or long-lasting physical exercise which leads to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle, when consumed at a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight from all sources, in doses taken within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise.
