Loco Love's Double Chocolate Truffle is rich, smooth, and just a little bit special. Inside, there's a creamy ganache centre made with cacao butter, cacao paste, coconut milk powder, and olive oil. Peruvian cacao nibs add a satisfying crunch and a subtle bitter edge, coconut blossom sugar brings a gentle caramel sweetness, and a pinch of Tasmanian sea salt ties it all together.
