Dream Tape is intended for single-use and is recommended to be replaced each night for optimal performance and hygiene. Dream Tape is: 8cm * 5.3cm.

Dream Tape's adhesive stretches from side to side. As a result, pulling across can be painful.

When removing Dream Tape, ALWAYS PULL DOWNWARDS. This allows the tape to be removed with the grain of the adhesive.

Other tips:
1. Use your tongue to push the adhesive off your lips if they are dry.
2. Chapstick before application is a game-changer.
3. Always be hydrated.

We do not recommend using Dream Tape if you have a cold, sinus, or ear infection.
