1. Make sure the FACEGYM Pro is at full charge.

2. Apply POWERLIFT EMS Activator Gel to the face and during every use. For very sensitive skin do a patch test first. Immediately cease use of product if irritation occurs.

3. Power on the device and select your desired intensity level.

4. For specific movements, please watch the video below.

After use, wipe the device clean and place on the resting stand.

Use for a minimum of once a week to maintain good muscle strength. To achieve optimal results use 3-5 times per week for 10 minutes on the face and neck.
