The Waver Vibration Plate - Blue uses gentle oscillating movement to deliver an effective full-body workout that's easy on the joints. Choose from 10 preset workout programmes or customise your sessions with 99 speed levels and an adjustable timer to suit your goals. The oscillating vibration helps support active circulation, promote muscle engagement and provide a comfortable way to stay active at home.

Lifepro, co-founded in 2017 by Joel Gottehrer and Abraham Brach, began from their shared recovery journey after serious ACL injuries. Frustrated by ineffective equipment and limited support, they set out to create better solutions for everyday wellness. Built on a belief that recovery matters as much as training, Lifepro develops innovative tools designed to support movement, relaxation, and consistent self-care. Each product focuses on practical use, helping the body recover and stay active over time. With Lifepro, you can take a more supported approach to recovery, ease tension, and build a stronger, more balanced routine.

Place the Waver on a level, non-slip floor with at least 1.8 m (6 ft) of clearance on all sides.

Stand on the plate with knees and arms slightly bent and heels slightly lifted.

Use the remote control or control panel to choose one of 10 preset 15-minute programs (P0-P9) or create a custom manual-mode workout (1-15 minutes, speed levels 1-99).

Begin with short, low-intensity sessions and build up gradually.

Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day.
